Heh, WinCVS is just a wrapper for command-line cvs which supports SSL
already (at least for Cygwin build). So we get the support automatically
(maybe except user-friendly interface for certificate management) but
for the moment I have no idea yet how this will be implemented by Alex.
BTW, it's another task: implement SSL certificates management, if
there're volunteers for it, I think Alex wouldn't mind :-)
