Build/setup nserver goodies

Well, guys, I think it's time to provide good examples to build ncvs
package on various systems... Right now I can commit spec file(s) for RH
and ALT Linux systems, probably Alex has debian-style rules. The
question is where to commit such files?

Huh?  RedHat's .spec should be in cvs-nserver.spec.in in top directory. 

Debian one will be in debian/ subdirectory (that's dpkg's requirement).


All others probably could go to packaging/ subdirectory. 

You're welcome to commit.

It's outdated and dummy enough :-). I have a better one :-).
