Hi,

Do you have the write permission of '/usr/local'?
If you don't have the permission, ask the administrator to give you the
permission. Or install the opencv cell to your home directory.
For example,

 $ mkdir ~/local
 $ ./configure --prefix=~/local
 $ make && make install
 $ export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=~/local/lib
