I'm sorry that I forgot to include the program under cvcell package.
Attached file (scripts.tar.bz2) on this mail has the program.
You decompress this file under the cvcell directory and run it.
For example if you want to optimize the cvDFT function,
you run the program such as
$ ./make_template.rb -p cvDFT [--dry-run]
The '--dry-run' is the useful option to check the action of the program.
The program prints the results without actually changing any files.
