#5 scene entity dialog window size

The Scene Entity Dialog Box (shortcut: e) may not
appear appropriately sized or not at all when activated.
This bug seems to manifest it self after a re-installation
of cuviewer over an old one.

To fix, uncheck "restore window size" in File -> General
Preferences. Activate scene entity dialog to restore the
dialog to its default size, and recheck "restore window
size".
