#2 It is better to be able to be called by C++

Anyway, I want to use CuTest with C++ code.

This might sound strange because there is CppUnit as a C++ testing framework. But, I think CuTest has a merit also for C++ code. It is easier to use and light weighted.

Only a slight modification can achive it. The attached is the corresponding patch.
