#7 Slovene localization file

Hello, Matej Horvat sent me a package with multiple Slovene translations for FreeDOS-related utilites. In this package, there was this ctmouse localization. I am attaching it here in the hope that it could land in CVS at some point (and incidentally in future releases). The file is encoded in CP852.
