1. Version numbering, USB: For USB mice, version 1.9 is
suggested instead of 2.0.
???
Is there a good reason why 2.0 accesses the mouse througt
HW instead of BIOS ? If yes, there should be 2
versions, for ex. CUTEMOUSE 3.0 BIOS &
CUTEMOUSE 3.0 HW, alternatively a "BIOS instead of HW
access" switch, or autodetect (search through HW,
if no mouse found search again through BIOS).
Ideally direct USB mouse support.

2. CTMOUSE is not compatible with DOSCDROAST.
ROAST devel implies that the BUG is in CTMOUSE. Please
fix it if this is true. BUG: Only cca 2/3 hor. and 1/3
vert. of
the screen size is accesible in some grafix modes.
