The CuteFlow team release the new version 2.11.2 today. The new version fixes an important bug with user adminsitration, brings an improved UI for sending and editing workflows and fixes a lot of smaller bugs and spelling errors.

CuteFlow is a webbased document circulation/workflow tool. Users are able to define "documents" which are send step by step to every user in a list. It's an electronical way for doing (i.e. internal) document circulations.

The cuteflow development team just released the version 2.10.3. This is mainly a bugfix release with some smaller feature improvements (e.g. statsitic function). All existing users should update!

There is a new version of the document circulation system CuteFlow available. This is only a bug fixing relase, no new features were added

Please note that the new version of cuteflow comes with several database changes. So you <b>can not</b>!! update a running 1.3.x cuteflow installation to version 1.4. Sorry for that, i will provide a update script in mid-october.

The Version 1.4.0 brings the following improvements:
* Adding the possibility of resending a circalation completely
* Adding a "history" where a circaulation attemps where saved (useful if you resend a circulation)
* Adding the possibility to set a default value for the additional text (change the variable in config file)
* Adding italian translation (provided by Nello Galiano from italy) (change default language to "it" in config.inc.php)
* Don't show the additional informations if no slots are defined for a circulation
* Notification of the sender if a receiver choose "reject"
* Fixing bug with email authentification
* Fixing bug with rejected circulation (the message was "successful" even if the circulation was rejected)
* Fixing bugs with "session_start" error messages on different pages
* Fixing bug with some debug messages on several pages
* Fixing some other small bugs
* Converting breaks of the addition text to <br> tags in the email

The document circulation software CuteFlow was released under the BSD Licence some days ago. The current version 1.3.0 is only available in german language and without a documentation.

In the next few days will provide a new version in english, set up our homepage and provide a installation documentation and examples.
