Replacing translation backend of CuteFlow with a more modern one. The XLIFF format provides everything we need.
1.) Convert the english language file to XLIFF
2.) Create a class for getting the XLIFF-Data from file and use it in CuteFlow (take a look at the Symfony-Framework because there is a XLIFF support there, maybe the class can be used)
3.) Replace all text-variables in the CuteFlow sourcecode to use the new XLIFF backend
4.) Caching the XLIFF-Texts in an PHP array-file
