Hi,

I have ported CuteCom to Qt4, added a German translation and made it possible to control/monitor the modem/status-lines of the serial port.

    Attached a new version which fixes some mistakes from the previously submitted one:
    - Tx break button missed a connect()
    - use German translation of Qt as well. This includes the qt_de.qm file from Qt into the executable at compile time. I do not know what the recommended behaviour is.
    - Make "Log to" file chooser ask before overwriting files
    - Fixed e-mail address
