#1 cutecom 0.22 overwrites cutecom.conf with empty version

Every time I run cutecom 0.22 on either ubuntu 10.10 and later or FreeBSD 8.0 and later, the cutecom.conf file (which is a very useful concept and used to work very well) gets overwritten with an empty copy. If I load the file while in use, I can see that it is getting updated when I change cutecom's settings, but it gets blown away (not deleted, but replaced with a copy containing all defaults) the next time I exit and restart cutecom. This behavior has been in existence for at least a year, I'm just weary enough to point it out now. If I make the cutecom.conf file readonly, it doesn't get modified when cutecom loads, but cutecom still fails to load anything but the defaults...

Thanks, Steve
