#20 Every 2nd time settings reset

I modified cpp.py, had disable whitespace showing,
closed cute. Load again, when I opened .cpp file I saw
source as a plain text with no syntax highlight and no
whitespace markers. I closed cute, load again, I saw
colorized source but whith wspace markers. So syntax
highlight appears every 2nd start and Options ->
Configure CUTE are resets to default after 2 launches.

Which version of CUTE do you use?

.cuterc is not generated properly.
There are the python modules missing.
What Python version have you installed?
Which Linux distribution do you use?
