Summary: Batch cut

Initial Comment:
The ability to batch cut a whole folder of input files. The tool could automaticly get the best rated/most used cutlist or a list from a "trusted user".
If no suitable cut list is found, the cut can be queued for the next batch cut.
The ability to define suitable cutlists, i.e. more then ten times used, author ist XYZ or avarage rating higher then 4.1
