#2 lint hints

Hello,

I need a way to tell Smalllint to ignore lint rules in
certain methods.

In VW 7.1 this can be done with pragmas, see attached
files for details. It might be a good idea to define
symbolic names for the lint rules and add menus to
attach the pragma to the method.

I'd like to see this feature included in future
releases of VisualWorks.
