The VisualWorks 7.1 port of the latest Release Candidate for the Custom
Refactoring and Rewrite Editor Usability Camp Smalltalk project is now in
the Cincom Open Repository.  This Release Candidate is for project members
and beta-testers.  A later release, for general use, will appear in the
Cincom Open Repository shortly, and also as a parcel load on the
SourceForge site.

This Release Candidate passes all the supplied tests.  Load the
Refactoring Browser bundle for functionality and the Refactoring Browser
Tests bundle for tests.  See the bundle and package comments for details
of what is in the release.  With minor variations, it is a straightforward
port of the functionality for the current VW3 and VA RC3 release.
