Maybe this is in one of the plugins, but Tim Willits and I agree that a
texture cost estimator would be an excellent feature for the editor. The
goal would be to be able to select a texture and find out the memory cost of
the texture and, if it's shader-manipulated, the cost of all its supporting
texture layers. It should be expressed in the same terms/values as the game
c_var imagelist.
