Removed omission of Georgian Lari (GEL) from update.
4.2 will ignore it anyway, since it is not in its original list.
Removed inversion of precious metals. Pacific has it right now,
albeit their precision is way too low.
In 4.3 we will switch to OANDA which provides higher precsion data
for the precious metals.
