Some high ascii characters cause a crash.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set options to load from file
2. enter "The Arcade Fire - Une Année Sans Lumière" in file
3. log into AIM

Result:

AIM status reports;
"There was an error receiving this..."

shortly after Gaim crashes
