I found comented lines in ocurlini.inc
// if ( fCookieJar <> nil ) then StrDispose( fCookieJar );
// if ( fCookieFile <> nil ) then StrDispose( fCookieFile );

If this line is commented i see memory leak
if i set CookieJar or CookieFile
