#1 incorrect url prefixing for ftps

In ftpfs.c, function ftpfs_opt_proc, near
case FUSE_OPT_KEY_NONOPT:
if (!ftpfs.host) {
const char* prefix = "";
if (strncmp(arg, "ftp://", 6)) {
prefix = "ftp://";
}

This causes an error when the url begins with "ftps://".
The patch is quite simple:

- if (strncmp(arg, "ftp://", 6)) {
+ if ((strncmp(arg, "ftp://", 6)!=0) &&
(strncmp(arg, "ftps://", 7)!=0)) {
