#7 Option for timezone

I am using curlftpfs as backup access.
Unfortunately the ftp server is in a different timezone.
So all times after a e.g. a "touch" have a fixed time
offset.

It would be nice for later enhancement if they could
include a "-o tzoffset={+,-}<n>h"
