#625 testcase 62 uses expired cookies

curl-7.15.1, 7.16.0 and 7.16.1 have expired cookies in the testcase. Curl correctly doesn't use expired cookies however the test case now failes.

As per https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=166289

Attached patch changes the expire date to 2020.
