Sure, it could be done.

Read the FAQs and HOW-TOS pages:
http://curl-loader.sourceforge.net/doc/faq.html

Look at the examples directory in the code tarball
where many examples appear.

You need to state number of URL sections
and arrange a section per URL u have.

You can also provide a probability weight for each URL.

All these options are well described in the docs supplied.
