New kernel feature: Transparent spreading of incoming network traffic load across CPUs

Hi folks,

Transparent spreading of incoming network traffic load across CPUsis a new
feature in kernel. If/when at least a partial packet processing is done in
kernel,
it can have strong advantages.

When userland packet processing is done, to take advantages will require
re-write
of applications dealing with traffic.
