Therefore, please, try to modify the Makefile, target LIBCURL and instead : --without-libidn \ --disable-ldap \ to place: --without-libidn \ *--without-libssh2 \* --disable-ldap \ Note, that since this is a target of a Makefile every line is preceded by a tabulation.
