My suggestion is to submit the patch to the great curl development
list cur...@co...

Prior to submitting, please, formulate the motivation and explain
in details, what is the scenario, that you are solving.

Please, look here, if there are no other ways to configure the cookies,
particularly here:
http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/curl_easy_setopt.html

If such API exists, it can be done easier, if does not exist, probably you
will
be requested to make some options configurable in order to preserve
the current behavior, when no need in the behavior, that you propose.
