It may be some problem with firewall or etc devices. One more
issue can be not enough space at filesystem.

Clean all and try once more:

$svn co https://curl-loader.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/curl-loadercurl-loader

$cd curl-loader/trunk/curl-loader
$ls -alF
to observe packages directory
$make
