Hello Robert,

I'm finishing my URL_SET_TEMPLATE code. The last step is to grab the  
appropriate URL from the url-set just before the client needs it. I  
suspect that the place to do this is in load_fsm.c : setup_url(). Do  
you agree that this is the right place?
