Indeed, we considered libev instead of libevent, but decided to remain within
the fastly improving libevent.

At the end of the day, we will find a timeslot and will send some patching
of libevent with moving NEVENT to some comming h-file, so that
any application could re-define it at compilation via -DNEVENT=500000,
for example.
