Response Time AGAIN

The D and D2xx in the log file I think it's the delay not the response time. Because I get that the D average for 10 concurrent user is bigger than the 30 user. 
 Or my simulation is still not accurate cause I use file which size is 1 KB and 2 KB.
 Any suggestion?
