curl-loader is linux only.

If you can simulate linux on MAC, or install linux on MAC HW, you can do it.

Bugnux is a linux Live-CD distribution, containing already built curl-loader.

Y can boot from the Bugnux CD (at least on windows) and work as you are
at linux-installed machine. I do not think, that somebody tried Bugnux on MAC,
but booting from windows-installed PC HW works.
