[ANN] version 0.41 released

The version is released due a critical bugfix.
Loading of credentials/tokens from file was broken.
Thanks to Artur Barashev for fixing it.

Besides that curl-loader has been moved to use the latest
libcurl 7.16.4 version with a couple our patches the library
being in mainline.
