Just save you time.
curl-loader is a linux-specific tool. It adds tens of thousand ip-addresses,
when required, using netlink facility.
Since this is a testing tool, the assumption is that you find a rather
not-expensive PC-HW, install linux, like debian for free, install necessary
packages and you have a serious testing and stress loading facility.
