[curl-email-news] Packaging & Competition

Hi everybody,

I tried to give some structure to the file collection. If anybody changed
anything lately, it would be good to commit the changes now.

Do you think we could release a first version as an entry for the
competition? Just to win publicity, not money as members of
Curl Corp. have done most of the work.
