#2 Connection Pooling

Connection pooling is currently deactivated.

We thought to have it as part of

* Class: JDBCObjectManager
* Package: de.cure.model.jdbc

But it is probably better to use a faster open-source connection pool.

Steps:
- Look for a good solution
- Use it ;-)
