#2 How to get a root trackindex page

Is there a way to get a root trackindex page that lists
each of the tracks that were created?

I expected there to be a trackindex.html much like the
dirindex.html in the root directory, but this doesn't get
created and I can't see any commands or methods
using script to create this.
