#9 image count limit per page

I've attended events where I've taken 500 pictures or
more. This is quite cumbersome to load all at once;
where there is a directory of 5000+ images, the
allindex.html takes _forever_ to load (the html output itself
is 3mb) .. therefore it would be nice to generate web
pages where no more than 'x' images were on each
page, so there would be something like:

allindex.html
allindex-1.html
allindex-2.html
[...etc...]
