#4 language flexibility / font size

Most of the language labels are defined in the
templates, so they can be changed without changing
the source.

In "textnav" I fould some which could not be changed
("next", "prev"). Please see the attached patch for
more details.

Other than that, I did not encounter other language
labels (yet).

Regarding the font size in textnav, maybe making it a
parameter gives people more flexibility in creating
their web pages.

    BTW, you never have to modify the script itself, you can
    always put new code in template-rc.py or save the templates
    and modify them. this is highly suggested anyway, unless you
    want all your pages to look like mine :-)
