#23 FeatureRequest: Need some way to get XML Output to stdout and not to a file

Hi There,
It should be possible to let

void CU_automated_run_tests(void)

print is output to stdout and not to a "realfile".

It would be nice, if we can set the Filepointer defined in Automated.c

FILE* f_pTestResultFile = NULL [static] 

somehow to stdout as library user.
