#73 CUnit Forked for Future Maintenance

Hi CUnit people.

We use CUnit extensively where I work, we have a fair number of tests that use it but it seems the owners of CUnit have either lost SourceForge access or have moved on.

In an effort to keep CUnit alive and working I have forked CUnit over at https://gitlab.com/cunity/cunit I have imported all the existing SVN history and have begun to fix a few bugs.
