#44 MessageBrokerPMF should clean up old PendingRequests

It might happen that a PendingRequest is not answered and orphans in the database. This class already has a lastStatusChangedTimestamp and we should periodically query old instances (e.g. timestamp not changed for an hour) and delete them.

    There are now system-properties to control the behaviour and a timer which removes expired entries by default once per hour (it's not necessary to do things more often, as most entries should be removed cleanly - only if the JVM crashes, entries might become orphans).
