In CUETools 2.1.7 (2018-03-11 build), libFLAC has gone missing from the FLAC output options. This is on Win7 SP1 64-bit. I have .NET 4.0 and my VC redistributables are up-to-date. Everything is fine in CUETool 2.1.6.
