#33 CUERipper's suspicious behavior with mixed mode CD

When exposed to a mixed mode game CD with data track with the binary game data being featured first on the list, the following oddities happen:
Editing the name of the last track prompts a warning about an out-of-bounds index, asking user to terminate the program but allowing them to continue.
Regardless of triggering the issue above, the first audio track ripped, that is the second physical track, receives tags and filename that assume title "Track 01", the second audio track receives these for title that was entered for the first audio track, etc.
