Performance number additions

The performance numbers don't seem to relate well to the numbers specified in some product information pages. For example, the EVGA GeForce GTX TITAN X SC GAMING lists two numbers: "216.4 GT/s Texture Fill Rate" and "336.5 GB/s Memory Bandwidth". Is it possible to write a benchmark that can return similar numbers?
In a Hackintosh, I get these numbers from CUDA-Z:
Host to Device: 12.2 GiB/s
Device to Device: 115.4 GiB/s
Single-precision Float: 7815 Gflops/s

Hi!
It's possible to write everything.
"216.4 GT/s Texture Fill Rate" - is not a CUDA-related parameter.
"336.5 GB/s Memory Bandwidth" - some theoretical value and not CUDA-releted too.
CUDA-Z measures practical values from current PC.
