[Cucumber-linux-development] Incoming: Major Kernel Update

Hello All,

The Linux kernel has just been updated from 4.14 to 4.19 on Cucumber
Linux 2.0. Like all major kernel updates, this introduces a bunch of
nifty new features and has the potential to break existing features, so
caveat emptor to all 2.0 users. If you can, please help us test out the
new kernel (especially on new physical hardware) to make sure everything
works as expected.
