#345 exports.DRIVER_VER is still = '1.0' while we release 1.0.1 already.

[DriverVersion.js|https://github.com/CUBRID/node-cubrid/blob/master/src/constants/DriverVersion.js] still defines *DRIVER_VER* as *= '1.0'*. We have already released 1.0.1 with bug fixes. Shouldn't this version be bumped as well?
