An affiliate user reported the following error regarding the ruby driver (used on Ubuntu):
Cubrid::Statement#affected_rows is broken, any attempt to use it raises StandardError: ERROR: CCI, -18, Invalid request handle. This can be worked around using the ROW_COUNT function.
