#137 [PHP] ouput error_message

CUBRID user issue - http://www.cubrid.com/zbxe/309098

If I installed php_driver that ignored OS bit or CUBRID bit,

I see the message configure: error: /home/cubrid/CUBRID/lib/libcascci.so Please set CUBRID base install dir with --with-cubrid=DIR.

It was caused by a bit to do not match.

So when i installed php_driver that ignoredbit OS bit or CUBRID bit,

I want to see a message (ex)Check the PHP-Driver bit
