#4 Change Text Colour ->Add to adaptive colours

Hi,
when I select a colour and I check "add to adaptive colours" button, and then OK, the colour I changed is in the first box of selected adaptive colours. But when I exit this window (for text colour) and try to select an adaptive colour for second time the colour I choose the first time disappears and in the box it was stored, there is the colour I chose for the second time.
